All football players 9-12 are invited to summer weights and conditioning beginning June 7 at 7:30-8:45am.  In June, we will lift Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:45am. We will teach weight lifting technique and safety for all beginning weight lifters. 

In July, we will have weights and conditioning 4 days a week,  Monday-Thursday 7:30-9:00am.

In July, we will begin a 7 on 7 league on Wednesday nights. More information TBA.

The cost is $60.00 for the entire summer (June 7 to July 29). All checks should be made out to Rifle High School Football. 

Players will need shirts, shorts and cleats. (I have extra cleats if anyone needs to borrow a pair)
